APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Consider approval of the Minutes of the February 18, 2020, City Council meeting.

Consider a Resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement with Freeman- Millican, Inc. for providing engineering services for electrical improvements at Pump Station No. 2. 2. Consider a Resolution authorizing continued participation with the Steering Committee of Cities served by Oncor and authorizing the payment of membership dues to fund regulatory and related activities related to the Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC. 3. Consider approval of the authorization to allow staff to seek bids for the street maintenance and repairs, and all related issues. 4. Consider a Resolution approving a Special Warranty Deed conveying 0.268 acres of land originally dedicated as parkland in error as part of an original 67.44 acres of land by Meadow Ridge Farm, LP and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Special Warranty Deed on behalf of the City. 5. Consider a Resolution approving a Temporary Construction Access Easement between the City of Forney and Union Pacific Railroad Company for a period of five months for railroad bridge construction and re-construction projects within the railroad right-of-way located in the Mineola Subdivision of the railroad.
