COUNCIL COMMENTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 551.0415 TEX. GOV'T CODE, CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS MAY MAKE A REPORT ABOUT ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST DURING A MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY WITHOUT HAVING GIVEN NOTICE OF THE REPORT.
