Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval to rezone 300 acres of property from Agricultural, Single-Family Residential-20, and Planned Development (Ordinance 923) Overlay districts to a single-family residential Planned Development district. The property is located west of Lovers Lane and north and west of the Skyline Estates Planned Development.

Discuss and consider approval of a revised site plan for RideNow Powersports, located at 117 E. U.S. Highway 80.

Discuss and consider approval of a preliminary plat for Park Trails, Phase 5.
