Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval to rezone 46.463 acres of property from a Planned Development with a base zoning district designated as Mixed Use District to a new Planned Development with a base zoning district designated as Mixed Use District. The property is located south of U.S. Highway 80 and west of W. Broad Street.

4.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance to rezone 120.960 acres of property from Agricultural district to a Planned Development with a base zoning district designated as Light Industrial district. The property is located southeast of the Helms Trail and Sage Hill Parkway intersection.

Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for The Learning Experience, located east of the intersection of Trailhouse Lane and Kroger Drive.

Discuss and consider approval of a final plat for the South F.M. 548 Retail Addition, located west of the South F.M. 548 and F.M 1641 intersection.
