1.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval to rezone 39.87 acres of land from General Retail District, Office District, and Agricultural District to a Planned Development Overlay District with uses designated as mixed-use district, multi-family, and single-family. The property is located north of U.S. Highway 80 and west of Pinson Road.

2.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit for a food vendor to operate at 210 E. Broad Street.

3.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit for a farmers market to operate on property located north of the W. Broad Street and Pinson Road intersection.

4.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval to rezone 0.312 acres of property from General Retail District and Single-Family Residential-6 District to General Retail District. The property is located south of the E. Main Street and Chestnut Street intersection.

5.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit for a structure greater than thirty-six feet (36’) in height to be constructed at 980 Reeder Lane.

4.

Discuss and consider approval of a final plat for the Dollar Tree Forney, located south of the intersection of North F.M. 548 and Reeder Lane in the Forney extra-territorial jurisdiction.

5.

Discuss and consider approval of a right-of-way plat for Innovation Boulevard.

6.

Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for the Property 5105, located at 312 Industrial Drive.

7.

Discuss and consider approval of a revised site plan for RaceTrac Market, located at 30 N. F.M. 548.

8.

Discuss and consider approval of a final plat for the Pinnacle Montessori - Heartland, located northeast of the F.M. 741 and Interstate Highway 20 intersection in the City of Forney extra-territorial jurisdiction.

Hold executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.076 and 551.087.  Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Meeting or at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney’s Office as to the posted subject matter of this meeting.
