Public Hearing Items

1.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval to rezone 39.87 acres of land from General Retail District, Office District, and Agricultural District to Commercial District. The property is located north of U.S. Highway 80 and west of Pinson Road.

2.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit for office/warehouse uses to be approved on 11.77 acres of land located on the east side of F.M. 1641. The property is identified as Kaufman County Appraisal District parcels 7794 and 27456.

3.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval to rezone 0.198 acres of land from SF-6 Single-Family Residential District to General Retail District. The property is located on the west side of Cedar Street and is identified as Block 30, Lots 4, 5, and 6 of the Original Forney Addition.

4.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit to allow a food truck to operate in the parking lot at 902 E. U.S. Highway 80.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit to allow a brewpub to operate at 203 E. Main Street on property identified as Block 49, Lots 6, 7, and 8 of the Forney Original Addition.

Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for a brewpub to operate at 203 E. Main Street on property identified as Block 49, Lots 6, 7, and 8 of the Forney Original Addition.

2.

Discuss and consider approval of a revised site plan for Fast Fuels Gas Station, located north of Don T. Cates Drive and east of North F.M. 548.

3.

Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for Trailhouse Park Tract B, located north of the intersection of Trailhouse Lane and the U.S. Highway 80 frontage road.

4.

Discuss and consider approval of a final plat for the Scooter’s Coffee Addition, located northeast of the intersection of South F.M. 548 and F.M. 741.

5.

Discuss and consider approval of a final plat for the Forney Fire Station No. 2, located at 980 Reeder Lane.
