Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a “Banquet Hall” to operate as an approved use on 0.312 acres of property located south of the E. Main Street and Chestnut Street intersection.

2.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit for office/warehouse uses to be approved on 11.77 acres of land located on the east side of F.M. 1641. The property is identified as Kaufman County Appraisal District parcels 7794 and 27456.

Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for Dutch Bros Coffee, located south of the new North F.M. 548 and Ridgecrest intersection.
