1.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit for office/warehouse uses to be approved on 11.77 acres of land located on the east side of F.M. 1641. The property is identified as Kaufman County Appraisal District parcels 7794 and 27456.

2.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider rezoning 50.058 acres of land from Commercial District to a Planned Development Overlay District with a base zoning of Commercial District. The property is identified as Kaufman County Appraisal District parcel 7904, located north of E. U.S. Highway 80 and west of Reeder Road.

3.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to establish the zoning regulations for non-veterinarian commercial animal kennels.

4.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a replat for the Green Pastures Addition, located north of College Avenue and south of Brooks Street.

5.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a replat for Mt. Zion Baptist Church, located at 500 Mesquite Street.
