Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance to rezone 39.87 acres of land from General Retail District, Office District, and Agricultural District to General Retail District. The property is located north of U.S. Highway 80 and west of Pinson Road.

2.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of a conditional use permit for ‘Auto Repair, Minor’ to operate as an allowed use on 0.723 acres of property located east of Lonesome Dove Lane and North F.M. 548.

3.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance to amend the Meadow Ridge Farm Planned Development, Ordinance 13-04, by amending the development standards and related exhibits for 50 acres of land located north of U.S. Highway 80 and east of Reeder Road.

4.

Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance to amend the Meadow Ridge Farm Planned Development, Ordinance 13-04, by amending the development standards and related exhibits for 140.63 acres of land located north of U.S. Highway 80 and east of Reeder Road.

Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for the Village at Gateway, located north of the intersection of North Gateway Blvd and the Highway 80 Frontage Road.

3.

Discuss and consider approval of a final plat for Forney Marketplace Addition, Block 1, Lot 1 located at 680 E. U.S. Highway 80.
