Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance approving a conditional use permit for a car wash (automated) to operate as an approved use on 1.893 acres of property located east of North F.M. 548 and west of Whaley Drive. (Staff/Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of the item.)
VIII.1. Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing staff to seek professional services for a city wide drainage study. (Staff recommends approval of the item.)
VIII.2. Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution suspending the July 31, 2025 effective date of Oncor Electric Delivery Company’s Requested Rate Change to permit the City time to study the request and to establish reasonable rates and to cooperate with the Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncor. (Staff recommends approval of the item.)
