IV.1. Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance rezoning 9.872 acres of property to Neighborhood Service District. The property is currently zoned Neighborhood Service District and Planned Development Overlay District Ordinance 923. The property is located north of U.S. Highway 80 and west of Lovers Lane.
IV.2. Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance amending the City of Forney Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance by deleting Section 35, “Planned Commercial District,” and Appendix A.6, “Design Guidelines for Commercial Planned Districts.”
IV.3. Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance rezoning 8.58 acres of property from Planned Development Overlay District Ordinance 13-15 to Planned Development Overlay District, adding the property to the Village at Gateway Planned Development Overlay District zoned by Ordinance 24-05 and amended by Ordinance 24-39. The property is located north of Concord Drive and east of North Gateway Boulevard.
IV.4. Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance approving a conditional use permit for “Car Wash (automated)” to operate as an approved use on 1.28 acres of land located west of South F.M. 548 and north of F.M. 741.
V.1. Discuss and consider approval of a site plan for Club Car Wash, located west of South F.M. 548 and north of F.M. 741.
V.2. Discuss and consider approval of a preliminary plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and Lot 1, Block 2 of the Gateway West Reeder Addition, located southwest of the North Gateway Boulevard and Reeder Road roundabout.
V.3. Discuss and consider approval of a replat of Lot 2, Block 1, of the Meadow Ridge Farm Commercial Addition, located east of North F.M. 548 and west of Whaley Drive.
V.4. Discuss and consider approval of a replat of Lot 7A-1, Block 3, of the Village at Gateway Addition, located west of North Gateway Boulevard and north of U.S. Highway 80.
