VI.3. Hold a public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance rezoning 8.58 acres of property from Planned Development Overlay District Ordinance 13-15 to Planned Development Overlay District, adding the property to the Village at Gateway Planned Development Overlay District zoned by Ordinance 24-05 and amended by Ordinance 24-39. VII.3. Receive the results of the City of Forney Street light requirement review, and discuss and consider action on potential updates to City Streetlight requirements. (Staff has no recommendation on the item.)

Discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 3, “Building Regulations” of the City of Forney Code of Ordinances, by adding a new Article 3.10, “Habitual Criminal and Nuisance Properties,” regarding the establishment of regulations related to habitual criminal and nuisance properties within the City of Forney.
