Hold a public hearing to receive citizen input regarding the City of Forney’s proposed Four-Way Stop Intersection Signalization and Safety Improvement Project at Gateway Boulevard and County Road 212 (the “Project”) and discuss and consider authorizing the submission of a Phase 2 application to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for funding through the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program for Program Year 2025 to provide funding for the Project. (Staff recommends approval of the item.)
